The Remodeling Process

    2. Proposal Review: This is where we invite you to our showroom to review your scope and what we went over during the initial consultation. We go over the remodel investment and ensure we are aligned on the scope of work.

    3. Design: Our team develops a design concept that ensure it meets your vision and needs for your home.

    4. Construction: Once the proposal and design is approved, our skilled craftsmen get to work! We manage every aspect of the project, from demolition to the final installation, keeping you informed every step of the way.

    5. Final Walk-Through: We conduct a final inspection with you to ensure every detail is perfect and that you are 100% satisfied with your new kitchen or bathroom.

  • The timeline can vary based on the complexity and scope of the project. A guest bathroom remodel in the Orlando area typically takes 3 to 5 weeks and as master bathroom remodel takes 5-10 weeks from the start of construction.

    Factors like size, extensive plumbing or electrical changes or custom-ordered materials can extend this timeline. We will provide a detailed project timeline before any work begins.

  • A complete kitchen remodel is a more involved process and generally takes 6 to 9 weeks to complete.

    This timeline accounts for demolition, installation of cabinets, countertops, appliances, plumbing, and electrical work. We always work diligently to minimize disruption to your home and complete the project as efficiently as possible.

  • A full home remodel is a significant undertaking, and its timeline typically ranges from 10 to 20 weeks.

    This duration accounts for the complex coordination of sequential phases, including structural work, plumbing and electrical rough-ins, and the meticulous installation of finishes throughout the entire home. We manage this process diligently to ensure exceptional craftsmanship while working to complete your project as efficiently as possible.
